Reliability Statement:
C&C Outdoors wants to be known for its reliability. The responsibility of delivering your package safely and correctly to you is ours. If you receive your package and there is ANYTHING wrong with the contents, we will work with you to fix the problem or pay to have the package and contents returned to us. There will be no additional cost to you.
- If the package gets lost, it is our responsibiity to find it or refund you in full.
- If the package contains broken or defective merchandise, it is our responsibility to replace them at no additional cost to you, or refund you in full.
- If FedEx, or UPS, or the US Post Office, or any other carrier loses, breaks, or mis-delivers your package, it is our responsibility to fix the error, deal with the carrier, ship another package, or refund you in full.
- If the manufacturer made a mistake in production (manufacturer's defect) and we miss it when filling and shipping the order, we are responsible for fixing that error and either replacing the defective item with another new one, or refunding you in full. No additional cost to you.
- The return shipping charges for any package that was not correct for any of the above reasons remains our responsiblity, not our customer's.
Privacy Policy Statement:
C&C Outdoors holds a firm commitment to the privacy of our visitors, whether they become customers or not. Below is a list of our promises regarding privacy.
- Several forms on our site (i.e. secure checkout forms) require users to enter personal information such as a name and email address. We use customer contact information from these forms to send the customer information about our company or to contact customers when necessary about their orders.
- We NEVER sell, rent or give your personally-identifiable information to any unaffiliated third parties.
- We do not send any emails to our customers unless it pertains to an active or past order, tracking number, or just a friendly thank you.
- We no longer send out any newsletter or promotional emails that might in any way be considered SPAM.
- We remain strong advocates against SPAM.
Security Statement:
C&C Outdoors remains vigilantly against internet fraud and any form of criminal activity regarding credit/debit cards at all levels in the shopping world. Our website uses today's most current safety protocols and standards to encrypt payment information and has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. C&C Outdoors understands that you are concerned about the security of the information you transmit over the Internet. We take all steps possible to ensure that your credit card and personal information is kept safe and secure. For example:
- We utilize our host's (Yahoo Store) secure shopping cart to process your order.
- We use industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with a 128-bit encryption to ensure the highest level of protection. SSL technology takes your order information and scrambles, or encrypts, it to ensure that it cannot be read while being transferred. SSL uses a Digital Certificate to verify who we are and to encrypt and decipher your order information so that only we can read it.
- Your information is stored and protected on secure servers while we process your order.
- For additional security, your credit card information is deleted from the servers after 30 days. Our returns policy allows for returns up to 90 days, so we will need to speak with you over the phone to process a credit if your credit card information has already been deleted from our system.
- We encourage any customer to contact their bank immediately if they do not understand a charge on their credit card. If that charge looks to be a charge from C&C Outdoors, Inc, please contact us at 901-313-4467 so that we can make sure it is correct and explained.
- We recommend that all consumers take the time to inform themselves of the laws governing consumer protection and the Consumer Protection Act. These laws help all consumers stay protected from unethical merchants, whether an online or brick-and-mortar merchant, and help to ensure that merchants maintain proper standards for credit card use.
