Deuter's Futura Pro 34 SL is an amazing backpacking pack. Built on Deuter's SL Design, this pack is perfect for women adventurers or men with shorter torsos. The Aircomfort Pro System brings together three key elements for top notch comfort on the backpacking trail: top Aircomfort ventilation, superb load transfer and Variflex pivoting hip belt. As you hike, your body stays comfortable and strong while your gear stays in control and moves with you.

About Deuter's SL Fit for shorter torsos and narrow shoulders:
- The SL carry system is slightly shorter than that of Deuter's standard backpacks. The models in the SL series are the ideal choice for women adventurers as well as male users with shorter backs.
- SL shoulder straps are both narrower and shorter in length to offer excellent fit and prevent slippage.
- Soft edges to the straps, smaller buckles and narrow tapered strap ends prevent the SL shoulder straps from chafing under the arms and eliminate pressure points in the chest area.
- A conical waist form is achieved by angling the belt diagonally upwards and by curving the SL waist belt wings. The frontal adjuster system feature of our larger volume backpacks simplifies the waist belt fitting procedure.
About the Materials Used in the Deuter Futura Pro 34 SL Backpack:
- Deuter-Ripstop 210: Ultra-tight weave, hard wearing 210 Denier Nylon. Recognisable by the very technical, shiny surface incorporating tough Ripstop threads. This lightweight and extremely robust fabric is perfectly suited to the manufacture of lightweight products. Top quality PU coating. This highly technical material is used for lightweight Alpine and Trekking models.
- Deuter-Super-Polytex: Made from 600 den Polyester thread and with a thick PU coating, this multi-purpose fabric is robust and lightweight. It is most suitable for backpacks, used in average conditions to keep the weight to a minimum.
