The Gregory Z75 Internal Frame Backpack is new for 2012! Lightweight and ventilated, the Gregory Z75 Backpack has the large capacity needed in a true backpacking backpack. The Z75 has an updated front pocket and streamlined daisy chains to balance load carrying with Gregory’s cool Jetstream suspension. With ample storage (over 4500 cubic inches), an innovative ventilated suspension and a pack weight of under 5 pounds, the Gregory Z75 internal frame backpack offers an excellent balance of weight and load-hauling capability (up to 50 pounds).
The Gregory Z75 backpack features Gregory's JetStream LTS (Load Transfer Suspension) suspension system. A single lightweight, hollow stay and a molded, perforated V-beam framesheet work in tandem to support the stability of the Z75 by distributing weight evenly and transferring the load to your hips. Raised contact points at the scapula pads and lower lumbar pad create substantial space between your pack and the pack allowing "true ventilation". The ventilated moisture wicking harnesses, waistbelt and backpanel enhance fit, aid in load transfer, provide cushioning and keep you cool on the trail. An updated waistbelt system allows you to choose between three different adjustable lengths to provide optimal fit. And an adjustable sternum strap and load-lifter straps further enhance the fit of the Z75 and ensure the stability of your load, allowing convenient on-the-go adjustment.
Access to the single main compartment of the Gregory Z75 is gained via an extendible drawstring-closed top entry or a zippered front entry. A large zippered front pocket provides a secure place to store additional gear and mesh side pockets offer further storage. An additional pocket is found on the extendible lid of the Z75.
Other features built into the Gregory Z75 include side and bottom compression straps, quick-access waistbelt pockets, weather-resistant zippers and trekking pole/tool attachment loops. An integrated sleeve and dual exit ports make the Z75 hydration system (sold separately) compatible.
Available in three color options, navy blue, granite gray, and ember. The Gregory Z75 backpack is available in Small (4211 cu in capacity), Medium (4577 cu in) and Large (4943 cu in) sizes.
