Fast Shipping Policy
- We understand that you want your package as quickly as possible and we do our best to ship 99% of our customer orders within 1 business day.
- If we aren't able to ship your order within 1 business day, we will email you and let you know why, offer other colors/models if appropriate, plus offer to refer you to another retailer who can ship the product(s) to you faster than we can.
- Tracking numbers are always emailed to our customers the same afternoon that packages ship out from one of our warehouses. We use a combination of FedEx, UPS, and the US Post Office for shipping. If you've made a purchase during a Discounted Shipping period on our website, we may use the US Post Office to save money on shipping.
- FedEx and UPS tracking numbers can be tracked at either at www.fedex.com or www.ups.com, respectively.
- US Post Office packages do not have tracking numbers, but do have delivery confirmation numbers, and those are emailed to you. They can be checked at www.usps.com
- Most orders ship from our Memphis, TN warehouse, but we use many warehouses across the USA and try to always use a warehouse closer to you, if possible.

- Economy Shipping is always discounted for any items on our website, and it's our way of cutting some of the expense in shipping for you. We normally use FedEx for economy shipments, but we also may use the US Post Office if the pacakge is smaller in size. Either way, we'll email you the FedEx tracking number or the USPS Delivery Confirmation number. Typical delivery times range from 2-5 business days. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping rates for you.
- Standard Ground shipping utilizes FedEx or UPS Ground and tracking numbers are provided via email. Typical delivery times are 2-5 business days. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping rates for you.
- Shipments to P.O. Boxes usually deliver within 2-6 days inside the USA and must ship via the US Post Office. The Delivery Confirmation number is emailed to you at the time the package ships from our warehouse. FedEx/UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box and tracking numbers cannot be provided for this type of shipment. Give us a street address if you can, because we would rather use Standard Ground to deliver your package to you safer! :)
- Alaska and Hawaii customers may choose either Standard Ground or USPS for their shipments. We find that large packages are less expensive if you choose USPS, and we use USPS Priority Mail for those packages.
- All Military APO/FPO packages ship via USPS Priority. Packages typically arrive within 3-5 days to the Military Hub. Unfortunately, tracking numbers are not available for this type of shipment, and shipping times vary once the package is inside the military mail system. We will hope for a better way of delivering packages to our military soon! :)
- International Shipping charges vary by country and we are happy to ship to any of the 34 countries listed in our secure checkout cart. We use the US Post Office and their Global Express International service to ship packages outside the USA. All packages ship insured and require signatures upon delivery. To receive an international shipping quote, please place an item in your shopping cart, and enter your shipping address. Shipping charges are calculated automatically.
- C&C Outdoors will work with any of our customers if special shipping needs are required. We always choose the best method to get our products to our customers quickly, but securely.
Return Policy
The C&C Return Policy is flexible and easy. We've answered your most likely questions below:
- Up to how long can I return an item? Up to 90 days, give or take. :)
- Where do I return my item(s)? Please send all returns to our main Memphis, TN warehouse. The address is listed at the bottom of this page.
- Does it still need to be NEW? All items do need to be in a NEW and UNUSED condition. Please also include all of the original tags, boxes, literature, etc. We want to be able to sell it to another outdoor lover!
- What do I do first? Email us for a Return Authorization (RA#) before returning your purchase. This lets us know to expect it and speeds up the processing of any credits to your account.
- Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes, but use whatever method you'd like that is convenient to you.
- How long does it take to get my money back? As soon as we receive it, and inspect it, credits usually take less than 1 week to process.
- What if I want an exchange? First, return the item you have. Then, at any time, place a new order online if you have decided on a different product. We also honor old sales prices, if any prices have changed. :)
